Mental Health Advocacy/ Child Advocacy Program
Services -  provides advocacy to juveniles with mental issues involved in Family In Needs of Services(FINS) or delinquency matters.  Also provides representation to adults involved in interdiction proceeding, based on attorney availability.  Note - FINS is designed to bring togheter resources to help families remedy self-destructive behaviors by juveniles and/or other family members.
