Admission by Examination
In addition to being of good moral character, admission to the Palau Bar by examination requires a passing score on four different portions of the Exam. The Exam is comprised of the Multistate Bar Examination (MBE), the Multistate Performance Test (MPT) I & II, the MPRE, a Palauan-based Essay Examination, and Multistate Essay Examination (MEE). The Exam is offered annually in July of each year.
